Some people know this information already but we wanted to make a formal (and overdue) announcement…Gavin is going to be a big brother!!!  ETA…March 2, 2013…although I think it is going to be sometime in February.  Just like with Gavin, we are not going to find out the sex in advance. We are all very excited…actually, Gavin oscillates from happy to not so happy about the idea.  Although I think he is going to be an excellent big brother…even though I am prepared with large bouts of jealousy.

We have had so much time alone with Gavin, that it will be an adjustment having to split our attention.  Gavin will have had almost 4 years as an only child so he is definitely used to being the center of our world.

Any tips from experienced parents on how to transition a bit more smoothly?
